The first step is simply to pick up the phone and call. For many, this is a very difficult thing to do. Please remember, you’re not alone. We’re here to help. Our friendly and caring staff will listen to you situation and needs and then schedule you with one of our licensed counselors. Usually your first appointment will be within one week of your call.
Our clinicians see clients Monday through Thursday as early as 8:00 AM and our last appointment is at 6:00 PM. On Fridays our hours are from 8:00 AM to noon. Other appointment times are available on a case by case basis. Our broad range of appointment times make it easy to work around your work or school schedules.

Insurance Coverage
Most health insurance plans have coverage for both out-patient and in-patient mental health services. Our office staff has 15+ years experience dealing with insurance. We can call your carrier, check coverage, handle authorizations and explain it to you in every day terminology.
No Insurance Coverage?
Not a problem. We will be glad to work with you on a fee for service basis. And if there is a need, we can look at a finance needs analysis.
Finances an issue?
Let us try to help. We work with all churches in the greater Springfield, MO area. Many of them offer financial help for their members.
